Kody Bear had a great day at school today. He told me he got to use the elevator and a teacher asked if why he was using it, so he said "Oh, I just had surgery and I'm still pretty clumsy on the stairs". So, she said "Well..you need an elevator pass".
Without skipping a beat he took his hat off, flashed his scar and said "Here's my pass Ma'am".
She said "Ummmm...OK" and walked away. LOL!!
I swear, only Kody could get away with that, there isn't a person in that school who has bad feelings for him. One of his classmates, when he saw Kody's scar kept saying over and over "Bless your heart Kody, bless your heart"
Well..Kody didn't understand and thought the boy was saying "Bless your fart". Not wanting to be mean or disrespectful, Kody just shook his head and said "Thanks".
When he told me I said to him, "Are you sure he said heart and not fart?"
LOL..Kody started laughing and said "Yeah, you may be right". :0)
I'll post some new pic's from today, tomorrow. I didn't realize it was getting to be so late, so...I'll wish ya'all a good night and be talking to you again in the morning.

I haven't been able to jump on here much over the past couple of days, but I wanted to take a second to thank you very much for keeping all of us so very well updated during the latest phase of Kody's journey. I can only imagine the stress that your family has had to endure over the past couple of weeks, and the fact that you were willing to log on and keep his fans so well informed was completely not-expected but thoroughly appreciated.
With that being said, today's post made me laugh out loud! :)

Kody, you're too much! I think that's awesome that you showed your Elevator Pass so well! I'm working at my job, and when I read the post, and what Kody said, I smirked and held back an outburst!! Reason? I had a customer and didn't want them to think I was crazy or something. :o)
Kim, I've been thinking about you, and how you're doing on your job now that you're full time. With this economy I guess it's an extra good thing to have been offered a job, huh?
