One More Game To Go

If we win, we are off to the Citrus Bowl!!

LeesburgJackets2010

The white jersey is for our away games, it's different number and I don't know why.
Now they have him playing defense in addition to the offensive left tackle he has been playing. This weekend against Lake Mary ought to be interesting. :0)

Have a great day everyone!!

My Native New Yorker

Like most teens, sometimes they just have got to get stuff out of their system. Kaysha being the adventurous one decided on the spur of the moment that she'd like to go back to NY for a little bit before the weather turns too cold for her Floridian blood.

So, last Saturday {a week from yesterday} she took off for a week.

She had a pretty good time. Stayed with her sister, visited her half brother his wife and new baby, went to the West Point museum and had a really wonderful visit with her grandparents {Vinny's Dad and Step-Mom} she hadn't seen since she was a baby.
They just loved her and she was bragging to me on her G-Ma Donna's baking skills. Her Dad and I told her thousands of times it was out of this world, Kaysha got to experience it and it almost made her want to stay a lot longer. lol.

She tried to track down family members from her maternal grandfathers side {my Dad who died when I was 3}. She and KK met a family member who just so happened coincidentally to show up at the hotel KK works at {her second job}, but unfortunately because of time running out, she wasn't really able to get out to Sleepy Hollow {the formerly called North Tarrytown} to follow through.
One day, I am pretty sure she will thou. She loves stuff like that.

She came back yesterday, exhausted, but happy that she got the chance to go.
I have a very funny feeling Kaysha is going to be my "traveler", she isn't to crazy about staying in one place for too long. Like I said, she is the adventurous one of the family.

Anyway, for Kaysha, it is almost the start of a new week and back to the grind.
Life goes on, right? Yea...it sure does.

One Game Away From Playoffs

We played Umatilla today at the Umatilla Sports Complex {beautiful beautiful place} and won 36-0.
If we win next weekend against Lake Mary {Orlando} we are going to the playoff's baby!

So, you won't believe where the first playoff game is??
The Citrus Bowl! How cool is that?

Kolin is now team captain. Doing an awesome job as offensive left tackle. Practicing his kicking for next season. And, just generally having fun with the whole game.

Plus, like our lives weren't busy enough, I have both boys going back to martial arts. Kody started up again this week, after taking a year off to pursue body building. Kolin will be going on Wednesday nights, which for now till football season is over, is his only free night.
They are both aiming for black belts in PWCST and Kody will be training for his third degree black in Tang-Soo-Doo.

Am I proud?
LOL...yea just a little. :0)

Sorry, no pic's today. I totally left my camera behind by accident. Duh. :0(

Have a great night everyone!!

Till next time, signing off for now. TTYL!!

Starbucks Day

Because it was chilly out this morning and I had to wear a sweater for the first three hours in chilly but nice 63 degree weather.

Because they sent me a postcard for a free whatever I wanted last week but I didn't get out till today.

Because the boys are in school, Vinny is at work and Kaysha is in NY.

Because it's been a crazy week and I feel like a drama queen today.

Because every time I try to leave the house on my own my family acts like I've broken the 11th Commandment; Thou shall not leave living premises without being escorted by at least one member of Provolone security {Vinzo, Kody, Kolin and/or Kaysha}.

Because I left today alone and felt such such a rebel.

Because you can only get Pumpkin Spice Latte once a year.

Because I decorated the inside of the house for autumn/Halloween all morning.

Because I am only existing but not in any way living without an occasional Starbucks.

Because I said so.

This is what I did with 30 minutes of almost free time {before Vinzo caught me via cell phone}.

I am Isabella and I visited my local Starbucks.

Thank you.

XOXOXOXO

Always and forever,

The Drama Queen
