We Interuppt The Regulary Scheduled Boggy Creek Program

For this "AWWWWWWWW" moment. :0)

The night the boys and I took off for the Leesburg Christmas parade, Kayara, Alona and Adriana stopped by for a visit.
Seeing as he had a crazy day at work I am sure Karl had other plans...like staying home, eating dinner in front of the TV, chillin' in a home with nobody but himself in it for a few hours.
Oh boy did that change fast!

So....Kody, Kolin and I were gone maybe 15 minutes when they showed up.
After a while Adriana fell asleep and Kayara went to put her down in Kolin's room. Welp, after a while...the "new Mom fatigue" must have hit hard becuase like a light, Kayara was out too.

Which left Alona to entertain Karl/Grammpa. :0)

Adriana decided not to sleep for too long and Kayara, still on "dog tired overdrive" still napped away.

So, that left Karl/Grammpa to entertain a 3 month old and a 5 yr. old all by himself, when I am kind of almost sure he rather been catching up on CSI Miami, Dirty Jobs or Mythbuster episodes.

But when Grammpa's two Princesses want to party girl style...what's a Grammpa to do?
Party girl style with them, of course.

So....imagine my surprise when I came home with the boys and found this lil' beauty on the fridge.
Talk about heartmelting. :0)

Then, he told me all about his night...how he juggled Adri on one knee while coloring with Alona with one hand, they ate cookies, they had a tea party and although he told me he was exhausted himself..I know for a fact, he loved every minute of it. :0)

In light of the madness of the holiday season right now...I just wanted to share that with you, because malls and toys and long wish lists come and go, but family and love last forever and you sure can't replace that.

Now...go hug someone you love right away!

Love, Kim
