Com-Friggin-Cast

In this, the beautiful land of freedom, especially freedom of speech, I have one small thing to say tonight...

COMCAST

SUCKS

FRIGGIN'

DONKEY

BALLS!!!!!!

And now back to our regularly scheduled nothing.

More on this tomorrow when I calm down some, but not a lot cuz I will be back on the phone with the losers in the morning and when Mama ain't happy, nobody is happy...trust me. :0(

Sorry Kim, I'm sure the whole Comcast thing isn't funny to you, but your post made me laugh right out loud! When I read blogs with transparent posts such as this one, it makes me realize I'm not alone in my frustrations sometimes!
Hoping today's a better day....

Dear Mark from Comcast...

No Comcast does not care. They did not give us the Wrestlemania we ordered leaving two puberty surged hormone imbalanced hyperactive wrestling fanatic boys extremely unhappy, causing their Dad to have to run out in the pouring rain to get them "Ninja Assassin" from Redbox so at the very least they would have something to watch last night.

Comcast didn't care last night when they kept me on hold for over an hour till I finally hung up to take another call that was important.
BTW, Sorry about the cussing, I was a little pissed.

Comcast didn't care much when on late Friday afternoon they made me stand on one long line to hand them over almost $200.00, which is our normal outrageously priced monthly bill, then be told I had to stand on another long line to buy Wrestlemania which was really uncomfortable because I had those two boys with me and I drank too much water waiting for them to get out of school and I had to pee in the worst way and there are no restrooms at that Comcast facility.

Comcast sure didn't care when I got to the front of that second line and attempted to order and pay for up front said PPV show only to be told I could but not order the show because my name was not on the bill, although I could give them the social security number they needed which in case anyone cares at all is the guy I have been married to for thirty years.

Comcast didn't care when I came home and my 12 year old was able to push a few buttons on the remote and order said PPV show which my TV told me was a confirmed order.

Comcast didn't care when last summer it took two weeks for them to push the on button when I moved from one side of Leesburg to another.
Comcast installers didn't care when they came here two times last summer and still frigged up our cable, and left their empty water bottles and useless wires in our yard.
Comcast didn't care when they couldn't figure out how to install cable in our kids room, his Dad figured it out in like 2 seconds, and he's a truck mechanic, go figure.

Comcast doesn't care that they charge me every month for voice mail that has never, ever worked. It it seemingly "unavailable" all of the time.

While I'm at it, does Comcast really care that just today I broke a damn phoney nail, forgot to buy milk, lost a beloved pet, got angry at my 18 year old, put flowers on my granddaughters grave, forgot to mail an Easter card to a bunch of adorable pre-schoolers, told my husband I wished he was a bobble head doll so I could thwack him in the noggin a couple times, tripped on a rock, fought frizzy hair all day, worked my way through a few intense hot flashes, cried when I kissed my granddaughters headstone, ate two donuts and a coke for breakfast which completely blew my diet, got the news that the best dentist in the world just got diagnosed with a brain tumor, broke my favorite earring and let my cell phone battery go dead just so I wouldn't have to talk to anybody.

I don't think Comcast cares much, nope, sorry Mark, I sure don't. :0(

If, however, you could possibly drop us off a gallon of 2% milk, make sure I don't get charged for Wrestlemania on my next bill and explain to my two boys why they couldn't watch their favorite PPV event in the world that until last night they have never missed, I'd really appreciate that a ton dude.

OMG -- HOW did I know to come back here tonight??!!! I'm REALLY sorry you guys have had to go through so much with Comcast, but let me tell ya...........I lol (and am STILL lol) from your post, Kim! (And Karl's follow-up too!) The two things that made me chuckle most was you standing in line, having to pee, and envisioning you "thwacking" Karl if he had a bobble head (sorry, Karl...).

One thing, however, that didn't make me smile was you having to visit your granddaughter's gravesite. That is nothing anybody should have to go through. :( I'm sure you miss your sweet angel.

Hope you're having a better night...

i hate comcast too. About 3 years ago there was a fire in my apt bulding. I called comcast to cancle my cable since i did not have a home. They keeped telling me i owed 364 for boxes and a and my computer stuff. They said send us a fire report we take care of you. Fire report sent they took care of me by charging me a late fee and telling me that even though i could not get my boxes since i could not get into my apt that i still owed them there stupid boxes. I had the manger write comcast a letter saying I was not allowed in my apt. I had the fire cheif write a letter explaning my apt was comdemed. there advice use my insurince to pay for my boxes and just pay them. 3 year latte when i have no relocated my frist question when i move do you have FIOS. Mark, if you want to help, leave your PERSONAL email and phone number not some department crap!

Oh, also, everyone, take a look at the Comcast front lobby at corporate headquarters building in Philadelphia:
