Amazing

Isn't it amazing how different people, in different states, miles away from each other, can look up into the sky at the exact same time and see the exact same awesome wonder.
Makes you really believe that there is a God, doesn't it?

Thank you so much to everyone who has signed in, giving us alot more hope for Kody then we thought we already had.
I Google searched alot yesterday and pulled up a ton of "You Tubes" and I know I am convinced that this is what he has.
As soon as Kody is officially diagnosed, I will be contacting the person who left that really awesome message yesterday {the one from the Spasmodic Dysphonia Society}.
Thank you again everyone..ya'all made our weekend a whole lot brighter. :0)

Have an awesome day everyone!!!

Love, Kim

Kim,
Isn't it amazing the wonderful things that the world wide web has done for us all?? It is so freaken amazing that you can type in a word or a phrase and get a ton of information, it totally blows my mind. I remember back in the day when my parents had a set of encyclopedias, and that was our research on whatever topic we had. I wonder if you can even buy encyclopedias anymore??
I have found some helpful information on the net regarding my son, as well as was able to watch him accept an award at the National FBLA Conference in Atlanta, while sitting at my desk. We are so lucky to have this technology. Hope you guys all enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Kim, I did some more research yesterday- Katharine Hepburn also had that condition........

So Kody can be an actor or a politician or anything else he wants to be. This silly little voice thing is going to give him character and will only make him more unforgettable than he already is.

That is soooooo KOOL, Kim! What an awesome picture!!! Our oldest actually won a very nice telescope last year, and it would have been a great night to pull it out. Oh wait...the dang lense would have frozen over, so I guess we'll wait for spring.

I love the thought of us both sharing the same moon. :) Still thinking of you all, and glad to hear there's hope in your hearts.

Have a great day tomorrow.

Love,
Shiela

I know exactly what you mean about all looking at the same moon. Back during Desert Storm, Wade was on an aircraft carrier in the Persian Gulf and Ashley was 3 years old. They agreed to look at the moon every night. So we would go outside every night and look at the moon for daddy and know that when we were awake in the light the next day, he would look at the same moon. They sent love back and forth on that moon for months. It is a special memory for me. Love ya, CJ

Right before my thyroid cancer diagnosis I was diagnosed with SD. I don't know what type, just that my vocal chords aren't in sync and I have probs talking. Some days are worse than others. Hugs to the K kids and especially to their mom!

Hello Mrs. K.,
I just stopped in to see what you all were up to this week (usually I can only get on here on the weekends) and noticed that there hasn't been an update since last Sunday. I hope all is going well and am going on the "no news is good news" theory. :) As always, your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Enjoy that warm Florida weather...it dropped down to 4 degrees here last night and hasn't gotten higher than 30 during the day for the last 3 days.
Love, blessings, and tons of hugs,
Tanya
