Kody's MRI

Yesterday he had his 6 month MRI and it looked great!!! However, in one month he is going in for a back MRI, due to the clumsiness and back pain he's had for this past month. Could be muscles, since school has been out he hasn't been working out like he used to. But, to be on the safe side, if it continues....we'll just have a look see in there. He has to get to an eye Dr as well, he's been having issues with one eye and unknown to me till yesterday, shunted kids are supposed to see an eye Dr every year. Who knew? Not me. :( Kody just came back from camp this Monday, as always, he had the best time. Sadly, he's going to be 17 this month so this year was his last year as a camper. But...if all goes well, he'll be going back for LIT. {Leadership in Training} which basically means...he'll be a counselor instead of a camper from here on end. Everything and everyone is doing OK. I don't know though if I'll ever get used to taking Kody for his MRI by myself...I keep looking for my man, and he's just not there. He did though, when I was outside having a coffee at the hospital yesterday, while Kody was in the MRI send me a red bird...it flew up right there next to me and even posed while I took out my phone and snapped a picture. It was amazing...I was thinking about him, started to look for something to wipe the tears...and just like that, I knew without a doubt he was there. I never walk alone....he's there, I just can't see him.

Madison Grace Karley Hanna

Here she is.... Madison Grace Karley Hanna Born on July 14th, 6 pounds 4 ounces of perfection. Proof that life is beautiful. :)

Just real quick to say, I really hope Comcast gets their act together soon and gets my desktop running. Also, Kody's MRI is scheduled for Wednesday morning...keep him in your prayers if you will. :) Madison is growing and healthy but still such a little peanut, she's only about 6 1/2 pounds. I'm going to transfer her pictures onto a flashdrive tonight, so I can load them up to Kody's laptop and get them on here. We have a puppy now, I tiny little Pembrooke Welsh Corgi, she's a cute as heck but active...very active. I named her Tiki Ohana. If anyone knows of any really good Gernam Sheppard breeders in Central Florida, please let me know...a Sheppard puppy is going to be Kolin's birthday present this year, it's coming up on August 25th. The kids start school on the 20th, which ia also Adriana's birthday this year. Today the boys and I officially started and finished school shopping. It's safe to say our local hip hop shop and Foot Locker consider me to be a VIP customer...lol!! That's about it for now, I'll TTY soon!! Take care!!!!

I'm still having internet problems,  so I can't post Madison pictures till then, which really sucks cuz her newborn pictures came out so gorgeous.
We're still working on it, seems the boys can get internet on their laptops but my desktop flat out refuses to cooperate. :(

She's here!!

Yesterday at 1:25 pm, our family was blessed with the birth of Madison Grace Karley Hanna. She weighed 6 pounds 4 ounces and is 19 1/4 inches. She's the daughter of my oldest daughter Karyelle and her fiancee, Chaz.

The name Karley was chosen to honor the most awesome Dad/grammpa that every lived, Karl.

This baby is proof that life does go on and yes, it is beautiful as well.

I'm not sure how small the picture is, I'm trying to take it off my phone and get it up here, but if you can't tell...this little girl looks exactly like a Kruppenbacher baby, she has her Grammpas nose for sure.

It's Baby Day!!

I'm updating from my phone, at Florida Hospital, where my new granddaughter will be born today!!!! Kody and Kolin are with me and I know in my heart Karl is too....he wouldn't miss this day for the world. I'll update as soon as I can. :)

Busy Summer Update

Hi everyone... Sorry it's taking me forever again to update. We closed on our new home last week and have been so busy trying to pack up one house and move into another, the boys, bless their hearts, have been my biggest help. Thank God they are huge, healthy, strongs kids...they are such a blessing. Getting this house has been a huge blessing as well and if it were not for the love and devotion that Karl still shows us, it would have never been possible. This is truly the dream home that he always promised me. Moving in without him is still so painful and although I love my new house, it is still so bittersweet and unreal that I will be starting a new chapter in my life without him. Baby Madison is still not here. Karyelle had an appointment with her Dr. this morning and she says one more week. We are all so excited to finally meet this little girl, with this new life coming into our lives, it is a true reminder that life is beautiful and it does go on. Other then the craziness of moving, packing, painting, and so on...we are still hanging tough. As "My Vinny" used to day..."Failure is NEVER an option" For him...we will prevail. I miss him so much, more and more every minute of every day. I'll be updating with pictures real soon, my computer is already packed and I'm on Kody's laptop right now. Take care everyone!!! XOXO
