I just know in my heart her Grammpa will be there. :)
Here she is wearing the dress and blanket I made her, I even sewed one of Karl's cuff links on the inside, he only wore them once on our wedding day, but I think it made a nice touch.
The blanket has pearl beads crocheted into it, I've never done that before and it was actually a lot easier then I thought it would be.
In the next picture, she's wearing just the dress. She's at that awkward age were she can't sit on her ow and all she wants to do is be held, standing, so she can "jump".
Anyway, getting her to sit in her little seat wasn't working out very well, but we tried anyway. :)

What a beautiful baby and what a treasured heirloom you have created!! Hopefully one day Madison's own daughter will wear that Christening dress. And, I imagine, that the dress complete with the cuff link along with the love you and Karl shared will be passed along through many generations after that. What a special gift you have created!
